Fees and Payment

• Transaction Fees: Whiterockpay charges a transparent per-transaction fee as outlined on our Pricing page.
• Refunds & Chargebacks: Card transactions may be subject to chargebacks, with final resolution by the issuing bank.

Limitation of Liability

Whiterockpay is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if fraudulent or prohibited activities are detected. You may also deactivate your account subject to outstanding obligations.
